The Arugula lends a wonderful peppery base, mellowed down by the natural sweetness of figs and dates. Spiced tahini and almond milk amp the flavor while a zing of lemon juice brings it all together.

    In a blender, combine the arugula, figs, dates, spiced tahini, unsweetened almond milk, lemon juice, ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
