Weather is perfect for a Chinese inspired brunch. This recipe features seasonal asparagus and shiitake mushrooms paired with classic Chinese ingredients like sesame oil, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce.

Preparation

    Combine the rice and water in a pot and simmer until tender.
  2. Step 2 - 🥦🍄🍳
    Heat oil in a skillet, add asparagus and mushrooms and stir-fry until tender and browned. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour hoisin sauce mixture and stir-fry until evenly coated.
