Ingredients (for 2)
- 1 atlantic lobster - 1 - cooked, peeled, chilled; reserve one claw for garnish
- Fresh orange juice - 1 cup
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Local honey - 2 teaspoons
- Almond milk - 1 cup
- Crushed ice - 1 cup
- Fresh mint leaves - for garnish
- Orange peel - for garnish

Step 1 - 🦞 ➡️ 🍽️Remove meat from the lobster, make sure to reserve one claw for the garnish.

Step 2 - 🍊 🌰 🍯 🥛 🧊 ➡️ 🌪️🍹Put the lobster meat, fresh orange juice, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, almond milk, and crushed ice in a blender and blend until it gets smooth and creamy. You can add extra honey if desired.
