Ingredients (for 4)
- Fresh green beans - 2 cups - trimmed and steamed
- Vodka - 8 ounces - feel free to choose your favorite
- Fresh mint leaves - a handful - plus extra for garnish
- Lemon juice - 4 tablespoons - freshly squeezed
- Agave syrup - 2 tablespoons - or to taste
- Ice cubes - enough to fill each glass
- Carrot garnish - 4 slivers - preferably with a bright color for the visual pop
- Salt - a pinch
