Our creamy and refreshing Power Boost Smoothie is the perfect partner for your workout, packed with energy-rich ingredients like banana and berries, protein-packed whey powder and chia seeds for extra fiber.
Ingredients (for 1)
- Whey powder - 1 scoop - unflavored
- Ripe banana - 1 - peeled and sliced
- Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Mixed berries - 1 cup - fresh or frozen
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ice cubes - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
Preparation

Step 1 - 🍌🍓🧊Place the banana, mixed berries, ice cubes, and scoop of unflavored whey powder into your Vitamix blender.

Step 2 - 💧🥤Pour in the water and vanilla extract into the blender.

Step 3 - 🌪️🍹Cover the blender and blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is creamy.

Step 4 - 🥄🌰Pour the smoothie into a glass and stir in the chia seeds with a spoon. Let it sit for a couple of minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.

Additional
To switch things up, you can replace the water with coconut water for additional refreshment and electrolytes. You can also mix in other flavors of extracts like almond or coconut, or replace the whey powder with a plant-based protein powder for a vegan version.
