Ingredients (for 4)
- Radishes - 500g - thinly sliced
- Plain greek yogurt - 1 cup
- Fresh lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Nigella seeds - 1 tsp
- Cilantro - a handful - chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove - minced
- Grated ginger - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp - or to taste
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp - freshly ground
- Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tbsp

Step 1 - ✨🔪🔪🔪🍽️Start by cleansing the radishes and slicing them thinly for adding to the dish later.

Step 2 - 🥣🍋🧂🍛In a large bowl, blend together the Greek Yogurt, Lime Juice, Salt and Pepper, minced Garlic, grated Ginger, and Cumin Powder.

Step 3 - 🥗🥄😋Toss the thinly sliced radishes into the bowl and make sure to coat them well with the mixture.

Step 4 - ✨🌱💦Right before serving, sprinkle Nigella Seeds and chopped Cilantro on top, and finish with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to enhance the flavor.

This slaw is great on its own or as a topping for burgers or hot dogs. It also pairs perfectly with various Indian bread like naan or roti. To add some heat, sprinkle with a pinch of Cayenne pepper. Children can get involved by washing and prepping the radishes.
