Ingredients (for 2)

  • 1 bunch ramps1 bunchleaves finely chopped, bulbs and stems thinly sliced
  • 2 lamb shanks2
  • Beef broth2 cups
  • Red wine1/2 cup
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic2 clovescrushed
  • Loaf rustic bread1 Loaffor serving

Preparation

    Firstly, season the lamb shanks with 1 teaspoon of salt and a 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper evenly.
