Ingredients (for 4)
- Salmon - 150g - poached and flaked
- Fresh yuzu juice - 3 tablespoons
- Pears - 2 - ripe, peeled and diced
- Matcha (green tea powder) - 1 tablespoon
- Silken tofu - 200g - drained
- Almond milk - 2 cups
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Ice cubes - 1 cup
- Salt - a pinch
