- Artisan bread — 4 slices
- Large artichoke — 4 — cleaned and halved
- Vegetable broth — 1/2 cup
- Garlic cloves — 2 — finely chopped
- Olive oil — 1/4 cup
- Fresh lemon juice — 1/4 cup
- Lemon zest — 2 tsp
- Parsley — 1 tbsp — chopped
- Salt — — to taste
- Pepper — — to taste

Step 2 — 🍴🌿🔥Arrange the artichokes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes.
