- Medium pomelo - 2 - segmented
- Chicken tenderloins - 1.5 lbs - cut into skewer-sized pieces
- Bbq sauce - 1 cup - store bought or homemade
- Garlic clove - 4 - crushed
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro leaves - 0.5 cup - for garnish
- Bamboo skewers - a pack
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Step 1 - π¦πβ°Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning when they are on the grill.
