Blueberry Kale Pulled Chicken Salad

- Curly kale leaves - 4 cups - chopped
- Cooked and shredded chicken - 2 cups
- Blueberries - 1 cup - rinsed and dried

- Red onion - 1/4 cup - diced
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
