A final fox tip
This dish brings out the Japanese tradition of using seasonal ingredients and gives it a brunch twist. The sweetness of carrots is beautifully accentuated by the umami-rich miso, making it a delightful start to your day. Kids can assist by whisking the eggs or arranging the carrots for an interactive cooking experience. If you'd like to add a protein, feel free to garnish with some sliced smoked salmon.
