Ingredients (for 2)

    Thoroughly wash the chard leaves, tear them into small pieces. Slice and juice the blood orange and lemon. Slice the banana and freeze it. Set aside honey/agave syrup, chia seeds, and mint sprigs for garnish.

    Combine the chard leaves, blood orange juice, lemon juice, frozen banana, and coconut yoghurt in a blender. Add honey or agave syrup for sweetness.
