- Cherries - 2 cups - pitted, halved
- Prosciutto - 200g - sliced
- Fresh spinach fettuccine - 400g
- Parmesan cheese - 1 cup - freshly grated
- Garlic cloves - 4 - minced
- Extra virgin olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - as per taste
- Freshly ground black pepper - as per taste

Step 1 - 🍝💧🔥Cook the spinach fettuccine as per the instructions on the package. Drain and put aside some pasta water.

Step 2 - 🍳🥩🔥Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Add the prosciutto slices and cook until they turn crispy.

Step 3 - 🍳🧄🔥Using the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until it turns golden.

Step 4 - 🍳🍒🔥Add halved cherries to the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the cherries are slightly warmed but still retain their shape.
