Cabbage, a simple yet versatile veggie takes center stage in this dish, narrating a flavorful story alongside Jamaican-spiced sausages, coconut crema, and a burst of fresh citrus.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Green cabbage - 1 - Shredded
- Spicy jamaican sausage - 4 - Cooked and sliced
- Coconut milk - ½ cup
- Lime - 1 - Zested and juiced
- Fresh thyme - 2 tsp - Finely chopped
- Orange - 1 - Zested
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt and black pepper - To taste

Step 1 - 🔥🥬🍳Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add shredded cabbage, season with salt and pepper, and cook until caramelized and crispy.
