Ingredients (for 4)
- Heirloom tomato - 4 - halved
- Burrata cheese - 8 oz - sliced into 8 pieces
- Large egg - 4
- Prosciutto - 4 - sliced
- Arugula - 2 cups
- Egg yolk - 3
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup - melted
- Mixed herbs (such as parsley, chives, and thyme) - 1 tablespoon
