- Chicken breast - 7 oz - sliced into thin strips
- Honeydew melon - 1/4 - cut into bite-sized chunks
- Snap peas - 1 cup - trimmed
- Red bell pepper - 1 cup - sliced into thin strips
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves - minced
- Ginger - 1 tsp - minced
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Cornflour - 1 tsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - - to taste
- Pepper - - to taste
- Cooked rice - 2 cups
- Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp - for garnish

Step 1 - π₯’π§πΏIn a bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornflour, water, and sesame oil. Mix well and set aside.
