Ingredients (for 2)
- Fresh oysters - 12 - shucked with juices retained
- Pomegranate - 1 - seeds removed
- Feta cheese - 100g - crumbled
- Fennel - 1 - medium and sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves - crushed
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste - garnish
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and black pepper - to taste

Step 2 - 🛀🦪🥘Rinse the oysters in their juices and place them in a medium-sized ovenproof dish.
