This cocktail recipe inspired by Italian cuisine is perfect for a romantic evening in New York City. The recipe features limoncello, a lemon liqueur from Southern Italy, which brings bright citrus notes and pairs well with the refreshing mint and gin. For an added seasonal twist, we are using blood orange juice and garnishing with a rosemary sprig.

- Limoncello - 1 oz
- Blood orange juice - 2 oz
- Simple syrup - 1 oz

Additional
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the gin and add more blood orange juice or sparkling water. To make simple syrup, mix equal parts granulated sugar and water in a small saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Let cool before using.
