- Fresh sea scallops - 12 - cleaned
- Ripe pears - 2 - thinly sliced
- White miso paste - ΒΌ cup
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Fresh thyme - - for garnish

Step 2 - ππ³π₯Heat oil over medium heat in a non-stick skillet. Add pears, season with salt and pepper, and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
