Ingredients (for 2)
- Salmon fillet with skin on - 2 fillets, 6 oz each
- Asparagus - 1 bunch, trimmed
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp divided
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon - 1 - zested and juiced
- Garlic clove - 1 small - minced
- Mixed fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, and chives) - 2 tbsp - chopped

Step 1 - ๐ง๐Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper

Step 2 - ๐ฅ๐ด๐Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet and sear salmon fillets skin side down
