This unique recipe reinvents the classic American hamburger by incorporating seasonal and sweet pears into the mix. The featured ingredient, pear, not only adds a touch of sweetness but also a crunchy texture to the dish. We top this off with a succulent pear infused barbecue sauce which balances well with the rich, savory beef patty.

Preparation
-
Step 1 - 🔥🌡️🔝Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
-
Step 2 - 🍐🖌️🔥Brush the pear halves with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and grill them for about 4 minutes on each side until they are slightly charred and softened.
-
Step 3 - 🍐+🥩=🥓Take one grilled pear half, finely chop it and mix with the ground beef, season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape into 2 patties.

Step 4 - 🔥🖌️🥓Brush the grill with the remaining oil and grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until your desired doneness.
