- Sesame seeds — 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp
- Wakame seaweed — 1 cup
- Red onion — 1/4 — sliced
- Cucumber — 1/4 — sliced
- Pickled ginger — 1 tbsp
- Rice vinegar — 2 tbsp
- Ponzu sauce — 2 tbsp
- Salt — 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper — 1/4 tsp
