Ingredients (for 2)
- Cilantro stems - 10 stems - chopped
- Jalapeno - 1 - seeds removed, sliced
- Large limes - from 2 large limes
- Agave syrup - 2 tablespoons - or to taste
- Mezcal - 4 ounces
- Club soda - 4 ounces
- Smoked salt - - for rimming
- Ice cubes - as needed

Step 1 - ๐น๐ง๐Rim two glasses with lime wedges and dip them in smoked salt. Set them aside for later.
