- Flaky sea salt - 1/2 tsp - plus extra for garnish
- Mini marshmallows - 1 cup
- Granulated sugar - 2 tbsp

Preparation
-
Step 1 - ๐ฅ๐ฅงPreheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and lightly grease a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.
-
Step 2 - ๐ฅฃ๐ช๐งMix the crushed graham crackers, melted unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt until the mixture looks like wet sand.
-
Step 3 - ๐๐ฅงโฒ๏ธFirmly press the crust mixture into the bottom and sides of the tart pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden, then let it cool completely.
-
Step 4 - ๐ซ๐ฅโจPut the finely chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Heat 1 cup of the heavy cream until steaming, pour it over the chocolate, wait 2 minutes, then stir smooth. Mix in 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
-
Step 5 - ๐ฅงโ๏ธ๐ซPour the ganache into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Chill for 45 to 60 minutes until set but still soft and silky.
-
Step 6 - ๐ง๐ฅโ๏ธBeat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and remaining 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Add the marshmallow fluff and beat until fully combined.
-
Step 7 - ๐ฅฃ๐ฌ๏ธ๐ฆWhip the remaining 1/4 cup heavy cream to soft peaks in a separate bowl, then gently fold it into the marshmallow mixture to make the topping light and fluffy.
-
Step 8 - โ๏ธ๐ฅง๐จSpoon or pipe the marshmallow topping over the chilled tart, making swirls and peaks.
-
Step 9 - ๐ฅโ๏ธ๐Scatter the mini marshmallows over the top, then toast the topping and marshmallows with a kitchen torch until golden in spots.
-
Step 10 - ๐ง๐ซ๐Garnish with extra flaky sea salt and, if using, a light dusting of cocoa powder.
-
Step 11 - ๐ช๐ฐ๐Slice with a warm knife and serve chilled or at cool room temperature.
Additional
For an even more iconic finish, decorate the center with a ring of toasted mini marshmallows to mimic a campfire glow. You can also add a thin layer of salted caramel under the ganache for a luxe twist. Kids can help crush the graham crackers, press the crust, and decorate the tart before torching. If you do not have a kitchen torch, place the topped tart under a broiler for 30 to 60 seconds, watching constantly.
