- Fresh and peeled shrimp - 300g - none
- Medium beetroot - 2 - peeled and cubed
- Medium carrots - 2 - peeled and sliced
- Small turnips - 2 - peeled and cubed
- Garlic cloves - 2 - finely chopped
- Fresh rosemary - 1 tbsp - finely chopped
- Fresh parsley - 1 tbsp - finely chopped
- Chili powder - 1 tsp - none
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp - none
- Freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp - none
- Salt - to taste - none
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp - none

Step 1 - 🔥🍳🧄Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic and sauté until it begins to brown.

Step 2 - 🥕🥔🔪Add 2 medium peeled and cubed beetroots, 2 medium peeled and sliced carrots, and 2 small peeled and cubed turnips to the pan. Stir well and cover the pan. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes or until the veggies are somewhat tender.

Step 3 - 🦐🌶️🧂Season 300g of fresh and peeled shrimp with 1 tsp of chili powder, 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, salt, and 1/2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper. Add this to the pan and stir well to combine.

Step 4 - 🍳🦐⏲️Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are done.

Step 5 - 🌿🥄🍲Add 1 tbsp of fresh parsley and 1 tbsp of fresh rosemary. Give it one last stir and take off the heat.
