- Carrots - 4 - peeled and ribboned
- Fresh green peas - 1 cup - blanched and mashed
- Lemon - ½ - zested and juiced
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp - roasted and crushed
- Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Sourdough bread - 4 slices - toasted
- Peanut butter - 4 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp - or Maple Syrup for a vegan version
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste

Step 1 - 🍞🔥😋Toast the slices of sourdough bread until they turn golden and crisp.

Step 5 - 🥜🍯😋Finally, heat the peanut butter and honey together, and generously drizzle this mixture over the carrot-topped bruschetta before serving.
