Almond Chia Pudding with Fresh Blackberries

Chia seeds are a great source of fiber, protein and omega-3 fatty acids. This recipe for overnight chia pudding is made with almond milk, making it dairy-free and vegan. Fresh blackberries add a pop of color and vitamin C to this healthy breakfast.
Ingredients (for 2)
- Chia seeds - 1/4 cup
- Unsweetened almond milk - 1 cup
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh blackberries - 1/2 cup
Preparation

Step 1 - π₯πΆπIn a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
