Ingredients (for 2)
- Large potato - 1 - boiled and mashed
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
- Active dry yeast - 1 package
- Water - 1/4 cup - lukewarm
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
