- Large leeks - 4 - cut in half lengthwise
- Feta cheese - 200g - crumbled
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup
- Garlic cloves - 2 - finely chopped
- Extra virgin olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Lemon - 1 tbsp - zest and juice extracted
- Fresh parsley - 1/2 cup - chopped
- Farro - 1/2 cup - toasted
- Salt - - to taste
- Pepper - - to taste

Step 1 - 🔥🍃⚪Preheat your grill on medium heat. Clean the leeks thoroughly and pat dry.
