Enter our 'Autumn Fire Salmon Smoothie', a refreshing blend of zesty lemon, creamy avocado, and crisp apple that not only lifts your spirit but is also a treat for your eyes. Ingredients (for 4)
- Smoked salmon - 5.29 ounces - roughly chopped
- Ripe avocados - 2 - pitted and scooped
- Green apples - 2 - cored and sliced
- Lemons - juice of 2
- Cayenne pepper - a pinch
- Greek yogurt - 1 cup
- Almond milk - almost 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Sour cream - 4 teaspoons - for garnish
- Chives - - chopped, for garnish
