Autumn Pear and Bacon Salad with Bleu Cheese

This salad is a refreshing, sweet and tangy treat paired with crispy bacon and creamy bleu cheese, highlighting the seasonal star - the pear. The sweetness of the pear balances perfectly with the saltiness of the bacon.
Ingredients (for 2)
- Ripe pears - 2 - cored and thinly sliced
- Arugula lettuce - 8 cups - cleaned
- Blue cheese - 1/2 cup - crumbled
- Bacon - 4 slices - cooked crispy and roughly chopped
- Pomegranate arils - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1 - juiced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper, freshly ground - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons - for garnish
