- Blood oranges - 4 medium - peeled, segmented, and seeds removed
- Strawberries - 1 1/2 cups - hulled
- Plain whole-milk greek yogurt - 1 1/2 cups - chilled
- Unsweetened almond milk - 1 1/4 cups - chilled
- Fresh basil leaves - 12 large leaves
- Pistachios - 3 tablespoons - finely chopped
- Honey - 2 to 3 tablespoons
- Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ice cubes - 1 1/2 cups
