May 4th, the day to celebrate the Star Wars franchise, is here! In honor of this, we have a recipe that will transport you to a galaxy far, far away. Our dish is inspired by the iconic blue milk featured in the movie. This vegan recipe uses coconut milk and butterfly pea flower tea to create a vibrant blue color. Cheers to the force!
Ingredients (for 4)
- Coconut milk — 2 cups
- Butterfly pea flower tea — 1/4 cup
- Sugar — 1/2 cup
- Agar agar powder — 2 tsp
- Vanilla extract — 1/2 tsp
- Assorted tropical fruits (kiwi, mango, papaya) — — topping
- Edible silver glitter — — decoration
