A final fox tip

While Bok Choy in a tartlet might seem unconventional, it actually introduces a wonderful texture to the classic French dish. It stays slightly crunchy and brings a freshness that lightens the creamy cheese mixture. You can add cooked shrimp or chicken for a non-vegetarian version. Kids can participate by filling the tart shells.
