- 1 stalk broccoli - 1 cup - steamed and finely chopped
- 1 granny smith apple - 1 - peeled and finely chopped
- Granulated sugar - 1/3 cup
- Cornstarch - 2 teaspoons
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon - plus extra for whip
- Old-fashioned oats - 1 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/3 cup
- Unsalted butter - 1/4 cup - softened
- Whipped cream - 1/2
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
