Ingredients (for 2)
- Cantaloupe - 1/2 - thinly sliced
- Organic eggs - 2 - poached
- Turkey bacon - 4 slices - cooked until crisp
- English muffins - 2 - lightly toasted
- Basil leaves - to taste - hand-torn for garnish
- Honey - 1/4 cup - none
- Fresh basil leaves - 4 leaves - minced
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tsp - none
- Sea salt - a pinch - none
Preparation

Step 1 - π―πΏπ₯Gently heat honey and minced basil in a small saucepan. Stir occasionally and watch carefully to ensure it doesn't boil. Once warm, set it aside.
