This unique American-inspired smoothie invites you on a journey of tastes and textures with the surprising combination of spinach, pear, and sage. The cinnamon and nutmeg offer a warm seasonal touch, elevating it from the standard green smoothie.
Ingredients (for 2)
- Fresh spinach - 2 cups
- Ripe pear - 1 - cored and cut into pieces
- Dried sage - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Unsweetened almond milk - 2 cups
- Ice cubes -
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon - optional
