Ingredients (for 2)
- Ground turkey — 1 lb
- Onion — 1 small — chopped
- Garlic cloves — 2 — minced
- Carrots — 2 — peeled and chopped
- Parsnips — 2 — peeled and chopped
- Turnip — 1 — peeled and chopped
- Chicken or vegetable broth — 4 cups
- Bay leaf — 1
- Thyme — 2 sprigs
- Salt —
- Pepper —
- Olive oil — 2 tbsp
