- Large onion - 1 - thinly sliced
- Feta cheese - 1/2 cup - crumbled
- Oregano - 2 teaspoons - dried
- Olives - 1/4 cup - chopped
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Yeast - 1 packet - (7 grams)
- Warm water - 1 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Step 1 - 🧪💦🍚Combine the yeast, warm water, and sugar in a small bowl, leave it for about 5 minutes until it starts to foam.

Step 2 - 🥣🥨⏳In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt, add in the yeast mixture and olive oil, stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it's smooth and elastic, cover and let it rise in a warm area for an hour.
