Ingredients (for 4)
- Beef sirloin steak - 1 lb - sliced into thin strips
- Brussels sprouts - 1 lb - trimmed and halved
- Wild mushrooms - 8 oz - sliced
- Garlic cloves - 3 - minced
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Dried thyme - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Step 1 - π₯π³π§Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
