- Large shrimp - 1 lb - peeled and deveined
- Asparagus - 1 bunch - ends trimmed
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 pint
- Garlic - 3 cloves - minced
- Lemon - 1 - juiced and zested
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - - chopped
