This recipe is perfect for Italian Cuisine Day, especially if you want to make it special and interesting. It features homemade pasta and a unique combination of ingredients that will impress your guests.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Lobster tail, shelled - 2 - cooked and shelled
- Homemade pasta - 1 lb
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Shallot - 1 - finely diced
- Garlic - 2 cloves - minced
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Seafood broth - 1 cup
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Truffle oil - 1/4 cup
- Salt - - to taste
- Pepper - - to taste
- Fresh parsley - - to garnish
Preparation

Step 1 - 🍝🕰️💧Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the homemade pasta and cook until al dente, about 2-3 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.

Step 2 - 🍳🌿🧄In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the shallot and garlic until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 3 - 🍷🔥👨🍳Add the white wine and simmer until reduced by half, about 5 minutes.

Step 4 - 🦐🥛🍲Add the seafood broth and heavy cream. Simmer until the sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

Step 5 - 🦞🍝💃Add the cooked lobster and homemade pasta to the skillet. Toss until everything is coated in the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water to thin it out.

Step 6 - 🍄💧🌿Drizzle the truffle oil over the top and garnish with parsley.

Additional
