Ingredients (for 2)
- Large romaine lettuce leaves - 8 - washed and patted dry
- Minced lamb - 1/2 pound - none
- Green lentils - 1 cup - cooked
- Large tomato - 1 - diced

- Fresh parsley - 1 bunch - chopped

- Tahini - 2 tbsp - none
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp - none
- Garlic clove - 1 - minced
