Miso Butter Edamame

This recipe is a twist on the classic Japanese dish of edamame sprinkled with salt. The addition of miso and butter adds richness and depth to the dish, while shichimi togarashi adds a hint of spice. This side dish is light and perfect for a spring day in NYC.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Edamame - 1 lb. - in pods
- Butter - 1 tbsp. - melted
- White miso paste - 1 tbsp.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Rice vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Shichimi togarashi seasoning - 1/4 tsp.
- Salt - - to taste

Step 1 - π΄πΏπ§Cook the edamame according to package directions.

Step 2 - π₯£π§π―ππΆοΈIn a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, miso paste, honey, rice vinegar, and shichimi togarashi seasoning.
