- Pork tenderloin - 10 ounces - cut into 1-inch cubes
- Red bell pepper - 1 - cut into chunks
- Zucchini - 1 - sliced into rounds
- Red onion - 1 - cut into chunks
- Wooden skewers - none - soaked in water for 30 minutes
- Steamed rice - none - none
