This creative Chinese-inspired brunch dish features Rosemary-infused Steamed Buns that are reminiscent of the autumn season. - Rosemary sprigs - 4 sprigs - finely chopped
- Ground pork - 600 grams
- Chinese five spice - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves - finely chopped
- Hoisin sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Butternut squash - 1 piece - cut into 8 segments
- Chinese steamed buns - 8 pieces
- Vegetable oil - - for basting
