
Samba Shallot Acai Smoothie

Ingredients (for 2)
- Small shallot - 3 - finely minced
- Acai pulp - 200g - frozen
- Greek yogurt - 1 cup - can use non-dairy alternatives for vegan version
- Lime - 1 - juice extracted
- Ginger root - 1-inch piece - peeled and grated
- Almond milk - 1 cup - unsweetened
- Honey - 2 tablespoons - adjust to taste
- Chia seeds - 1 teaspoon - for topping
- Shallot flakes - A sprinkle - for topping
