Our primary ingredient, Oyster mushrooms, is a subtle nod to Chinese cuisine with its distinct, delicate flavor which coincides beautifully with seafood. This recipe pairs the oyster mushrooms with shellfish coated in a light black bean sauce. It's a fun variation from the clichéd sea food dishes, and the robust mushrooms add an earthy note to complement the seafood.
