Ingredients (for 4)
- Large shrimp — 16 — peeled and deveined
- Soba noodles — 8 oz
- Medium carrots — 2 — julienned
- Baby bok choy — 4 — halved
- Green onions — 4 — finely chopped
- Cloves of garlic — 2 — minced
- Piece of ginger — 1 inch — minced
- Soy sauce — 4 tablespoons
- Mirin — 2 tablespoons
- Wasabi paste — 1 tablespoon
- Black sesame seeds — 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable oil — 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper — To taste
